These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the joeygames.gg website ("Website"), operated by Joey Games LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

1. What this Website is

joeygames.gg is the informational home of Joey Games LLC, an independent game studio. It describes the studio and its work. Individual products (such as HexBench) are sold and licensed separately under their own terms and licenses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website.

3. Support and tips

If you choose to support the studio through our Ko-fi page, you are making a voluntary gift to a for-profit company.

  • Tips are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
  • Tips are not payment for any product, service, or future deliverable, and don't entitle you to anything unless we explicitly say otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Ko-fi and Stripe under their terms. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The Joey Games name, logo, text, and design of this Website are the property of Joey Games LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them except as allowed by law (for example, brief quotation for commentary or news). Open-source components we build on are credited on our product sites under their own licenses.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape or crawl it beyond normal use, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOEY GAMES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

The Website links to other sites (such as HexBench, Ko-fi, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
